Why do I need to submit written authorization to view Drug & Alcohol testing results information?
By providing a written authorization from the employee, this authorizes the employer to release confidential information pertaining to the employee.  It is also required by DOT.

Do I need written authorization to view the Drug and Alcohol information?
Yes, all drug and alcohol requests must have a valid applicant release submitted to DriverFacts.   Click here to go to our forms page and see an example form which can be used.

Once I have paid for the request, can I view the results more than once?
Yes. Once a search is displayed, you may revisit the data for up to 30 days.

Can I receive price discounts if I am a frequent user?
Yes.  We understand that some companies require many verifications per month.  We offer an option to purchase prepaid blocks of reports at discounted rates.  The reports may be purchased in 10, 25, 50, 100, or other group increments. This allows you to budget and control the amount of usage for your company. Got to your "My Account" page and look for the "Add Prepaid Reports" button in the Account Controls Box.

Missing Records - When I enter a SSN, the system tells me it doesn't exist.
Please confirm that you have entered the correct SSN into the search screen.   If you have entered the correct SSN and it still is not found, use the on-line Missing Records form link located at the "Search for SSN" screen (after you have searched for an SSN and not found it) to submit a missing record search.  This request gets forwarded to the previous employer for a manual search of any possible record matches.  You will be notified via email of any results of your request.  Click here for detailed instructions.

Date Discrepancies - The system has different dates than what the employee/applicant tells me.
Please confirm that you have the correct dates from the applicant.  If you do, contact DriverFacts using the on-line Discrepancy form link located at the bottom of the "Employment Display" screen to submit your date discrepancy.  This request gets forwarded to the previous employer for a manual search of their records.  You will be notified via email of any results of your request.  Click here for detailed instructions.
