If you enter an SSN into the DriverFacts system and it is not located, follow the instructions below. This information will be sent directly to the carrier for further research. After they have completed their research, you will be notified by email as to their findings.
The Missing SSN screen is displayed AFTER you enter a SSN and it is NOT found.
| To get to the screen where you can submit a discrepancy, you must go to the employment data screen. | |
| A. | Go
to www.DriverFacts.com. Click on the  button. |
B. |
Login with your User Id and Password. (If you don't have an Id and Password, you will have to create one before you can enter the system.) |
| C. | Click Continue at the user
information screen. |
| D. | Enter the Social Security Number
of the applicant or individual you are searching. Click Search. |
| E. | **The next steps assume that the SSN you
entered does not exist in DriverFacts.
Click on the link to fill out a Missing SSN Request. |
| F. | Fill out the form to the best of your knowledge. |
| G. | The request will automatically be sent to the employer. They will search their database and their files. After they have completed their research, an email will be sent to you telling you what they found. |
