Submitting a Request to Research a Date Discrepancy |
If you encounter a driver record that you believe has incorrect dates, follow the instructions below to submit a Date Discrepancy. This information will be sent directly to the carrier for further research. After they have completed their research, you will be notified by email as to their findings.
** This step assumes that you have already paid for the report.
To get to the screen where you can submit a discrepancy, you must go to the employment data screen. | |
A. | Go to www.DriverFacts.com. Click on the button. |

Login with your User Id and Password. |

Click on the Report Tracking link located on the left side of the screen. |

Click on the SSN that you have a discrepancy with. |

The driver information screen will be displayed. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and you will find a link that says "Click here to submit discrepancy". Click on the link. |

Fill in the information on the form. Select the type of discrepancy and the dates you believe are correct. The types of discrepancies you can submit include: missing dates of employment, should not be currently employed, incorrect separation date, incorrect hire date, employment dates out of range for accident, employment dates out of range for D&A test results. When you are finished completing the form, click Submit Discrepancy. |

Your discrepancy request will be sent to the employer for a research. You will be notified via email on the results of the research within 3-5 business days. |
