Submitting a Request to Research a Date Discrepancy

If you encounter a driver record that you believe has incorrect dates, follow the instructions below to submit a Date Discrepancy.  This information will be sent directly to the carrier for further research.  After they have completed their research, you will be notified by email as to their findings.


** This step assumes that you have already paid for the report.

To get to the screen where you can submit a discrepancy,  you must go to the employment data screen.
A. Go to www.DriverFacts.com.  Click on the  button.

Login
with your User Id and Password.

Click on the Report Tracking
link located on the left side of the screen.

D.

Click on the SSN
that you have a discrepancy with.

The driver information screen will be displayed.  Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and you will find a link that says "Click here to submit discrepancy".  Click on the link.

F.

Fill in the information on the form. 
Select the type of discrepancy and the dates you believe are correct.  The types of discrepancies you can submit include: missing dates of employment, should not be currently employed, incorrect separation date, incorrect hire date, employment dates out of range for accident, employment dates out of range for D&A test results.  When you are finished completing the form, click Submit Discrepancy.

G.

Your discrepancy request will be sent to the employer for a research.  You will be notified via email on the results of the research within 3-5 business days.
