What do I need to do to get started?
To get started all you need to do is create a User Id and have an SSN to search.  After you enter the individual's SSN, the system will tell you if there is information on file for that person.  If so, you can choose which employer to display information from. Then, you can select the report type (Combo, Basic, or Drug & Alcohol) and then proceed to the payment screen.

Why do I need to create a User Id?
The User Id is needed to fulfill all of your requests.  Whether you are performing a simple search or you are requesting a report, the system needs the User Id to make these requests.  Creating a User Id is a simple process.  It contains information (such as email address and phone numbers) that we need to communicate with you.  ALL USER ID INFORMATION IS KEPT STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL.  Also, creating a User Id doesn't cost anything and you will never be charged for creating one.

Will I be charged for having a User Id even if I rarely use it or just use it once?
No.  Under no circumstances will there ever be a charge for creating a User Id.

How long does it take to create a User Id and get a password?
About 1-2 minutes.

How do I use DriverFacts?
See the "How to Use" section of the Help & Info menu on the left side of the website.

When will I be charged to view a report?
The only time you will be charged to view a report is when you authorize it.  The system will ask you for a credit card payment.  Then, after you make your selection you will be asked to confirm your request.  You will be in complete control of your costs.  If you have Pre-paid Bulk reports, you will have the added convenience of authorizing payment only once to view the reports you need based on the number of pre-paid reports you have on file.
