May I pay by check or money order?
Yes. DriverFacts accepts checks, money orders, and credit cards - VISA, MasterCard, AMEX.

Payment instructions for prepaying the administrative fees in bulk

Payment of Administrative Fees by Credit Card:

  1. Click on the Prepay Admin Fees icon
  2. Select the type and quantity of the work history pack
  3. Click Proceed to Checkout
  4. Enter the credit card information
  5. Click I Accept

An invoice will be created and available for you to print for your records. You may also view the invoice under the Invoice History icon in Account Controls. The prepaid admins fees will instantly be added to your account.

Payment by Check:

  1. Click on the Prepay Admin Fees icon
  2. Select the type and quantity of the work history pack you’d like to order
  3. Click Proceed to Checkout
  4. Choose the selector for Pay by Check (Via Mail)
  5. Follow the instructions displayed.

If you are paying by credit card, your account will be updated once the transaction is complete.

If you are paying by check, we will activate your account after we receive a faxed copy of your check or when we receive the physical check in the mail. Please include a copy of the invoice.
