Work History and Reporting

Every safety sensitive work history request for accidents, beyond the required DOT information, is carefully reviewed by our in-house specialists before releasing information to the requestor. All request information (uploads or faxes, consent forms, requestor information, viewed work history) is digitally stored for future retrieval and management reporting.

A website portal, offered at no cost, for your drivers to file request for corrections and rebuttals and automates the processing of driver requests. All transactions are stored with date and time stamps as mandated by the DOT.
