What are Session Cookies?
A session cookie is a function that allows
a web site to store preferences and information that you provide
about yourself in your computer's memory for only as long as
you are logged on to the website. Session cookies do not save
information to your computer's hard disk like conventional cookies
do. DriverFACTS uses an encrypted session cookie when you sign in.
This session cookie allows you to move from page to page without
having to sign in again on each page. When you sign out of DriverFACTS,
these cookies are wiped from your computer's memory. DriverFACTS also
uses session cookies to improve the log-in experience. You have
the ability to accept or decline session cookies using the settings
on your browser. However, if you choose to decline sssion cookies,
you will not be able to sign in to DriverFACTS.
