Check your browser's cookie and privacy settings. Blocking all third-party cookies or using maximum privacy modes (like strict tracking protection) can disable session cookies, preventing you from logging into DriverFacts. Browsers like Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox allow you to manage cookie exceptions. Ensure that cookies are enabled for this site, or add DriverFacts to your browser's "Allowed" list in your privacy settings. If you are using a corporate device or network, contact your IT helpdesk or network administrator to verify your permission settings.

Also, make sure there are no spaces before or after the user id/password.

I don't get any emails sent to me / How do I change my email address
The most common reason is because your email on file is incorrect. Common errors are missing extensions (.com, .net, .org), bad email addresses, and spaces in the email. To correct the problem, change your email address.

To change your email address, log into your account and in the My Account section, click the "User Maintenance" button. Select your name/user id from the list and there will be a field in the form to edit your email address. Click Save.

The system logs me off unexpectedly
Your session may have timed out. For security reasons, DRIVERFACTS will close your session if there is no activity for specific amount of time. To correct the problem, simply log back on and continue where you left off.

Browser Troubleshooting Guide
To access and use our website securely, you must use a supported web browser with secure connections and essential cookies enabled. Follow the guide below to configure your modern browser.

Minimum System Requirements

Secure Connections (TLS/HTTPS)

If you experience connection or security certificate errors, use these steps:

Microsoft Edge & Google Chrome

  1. Click the three dots (...) in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Search for Security in the settings search bar.
  4. Turn on Always use secure connections (or Always use HTTPS).
  5. If errors persist, clear your browsing history and cache.

Apple Safari (macOS & iOS)

  1. Safari automatically enforces the highest available TLS security protocols.
  2. If a site fails to connect, click the Lock icon in the address bar to view the certificate details.
  3. Ensure your operating system is updated to the latest version to receive current security certificates.

Cookie Settings

Our website requires session cookies to manage your secure login session. Modern browsers handle essential session cookies automatically, but blocking all cookies will prevent you from signing in.

  2. Click Settings.
  3. Select Cookies and site permissions from the left sidebar.
  4. Click Manage and delete cookies and site data.
  5. Turn on Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended).

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three dots (...) in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Select Privacy and security from the left sidebar.
  4. Click Third-party cookies.
  5. Select Block third-party cookies (Do not select "Block all cookies," as this disables essential login sessions).

Apple Safari (macOS)

  1. Click Safari in the top menu bar, then click Settings (or Preferences).
  2. Click the Privacy tab.
  3. Ensure Block all cookies is unchecked.

Network Administrators
If you are using an organizational device and still cannot connect or sign in after following these steps, your company's group policies may be blocking cookies or specific security protocols. Please contact your internal IT Help Desk or Network Administrator to allow exceptions for our platform.
